Evaporative cooling pad Features:
1. Corrugated paper with the spatial crossing linking technology, high absorbability, high water resistant, anti-mildew and long service life.
2. Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency as high as 80%.
3. The product absorbs water naturally, with fast speed of pervasion and lasting effectiveness. One drop of water can diffuse within 4~5 seconds. The natural absorption height is 60~70mm/5minutes, as 200mm/1.5 hours, having reached international standard.
4. The product does not contain phenol which is irritant to the skin and the like chemical products. It is safe, energy saving, environmental protective, economic and durable.
5. Galvanized sheet and aluminum panel optional.
Fan Frame: Made of galvanized steel sheet, anti-corrosive, durable, zinc thickness: 180G/M2. Thichness: 1.0mm for the top, 0.8mm for the other sides
6.Blade: 6 pieces of mirror finished stainless steel blades, one-off molded, attractive and durable with big air volume, low noise, no distortion, no broken. Thickness: 1.2mm. All the push-pull centrifugal exhaust fan's blades will pass the homeostasis test to ensure the air volume keeping the same as the very beginning during the operational life span.
7.Motor: Siemens motor or Chinese motor, high efficient and energy-saving.Protection class: IP 55. Insulation class: F grade. The voltage, Hz, phase and power can be customized.
8.Shutter: Made of high strength galvanized steel sheet, dustproof and waterproof. Thickness: 0.45mm
9.Centrifugal system/Push-pull System: Made of high quality nylon, opening the shutters at complete 90 degree to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume. When the push-pull centrifugal exhaust fan is close, the tight sealing can efficiently block light and wind into the poultry house. The fasteners of centrifugal system/push-pull system are copper rivets, wear-resisting, no rust, and flexible.
10.Nylon oriented pole: Made of stainless steel, ensuring the high strength and reducing frication, fixed on the flange which can avoid distortion of nylon and guarantee total concentricity of front and back bearing.
11.Handles: Designed as recessed type, easy for carry, transport and have no effect on installation and outlook.
12.Belt tensioner: Made of high quality nylon or aluminium-magnesium alloy, avoiding belt loosening or dropping off, extending service life and avoiding distortion, waterproof
13.Belt pulley: Made of aluminium-magnesium alloy by injection moulded, reducing the weight of fan blades and impeller, high corrosion resistance. Blast-sanding treatment for attractive appearance, eliminating internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability, high strength.
14.Bearing: Imported double-row bearing, super mute, high intension and durable, adopting special waterproof design, high intension, low noise, maintenance-free and long service life.
15.Belt: China famous brand belt, or Mistubishi belt.
